Nokia Announced Open Two Unique Care Experience Centers in New Delhi

Nokia today announced the opening of two unique Care Experience Centres in New Delhi. This is in sync with Nokia’s strategy to provide a holistic solutions experience to its consumers at all consumer touch points. Spice Mobiles ties up with WIFW Autumn/Winter 2010

Handset major Spice Mobiles joins the league of sponsors for the upcoming edition of Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week Autumn/Winter 2010 as the ‘Gold Partner’. The brand will launch its exclusive range of cutting edge handsets at WIFW Indian’s biggest business of fashion event.
This season WIFW is venturing into the new world of technology and the partnership with the mobile company, a multi-faceted group, has supplemented to the fashion forums access to innovation and revolution process: bringing the communication and lifestyle segments closer. As a gold partner Spice Mobiles will also be sponsoring a show for prominent fashion designer Anjana Bhargav’s renowned label ANKY.

Bringing more administrative controls to Google Apps for mobile

Last September we announced Google Sync with push Gmail support and 2-way sync for calendar and contacts for iPhone, Nokia E series, and Windows Mobile devices.

Tomorrow we are taking the next step towards access from any location, on any device by launching new administrative controls that give these devices mobile access to Google Apps. Without having to deploy any additional software or manage enterprise mobile services, Google Apps Premier and Education customers will be able to manage their employees’ mobile devices right from the Google Apps administration control panel.

These controls will enable new administrative policies for employees using iPhones, Windows Mobile devices, and Nokia E series phones including:

  • Remotely wipe all data from lost or stolen mobile devices
  • Lock idle devices after a period of inactivity
  • Require device passwords on each phone
  • Set minimum lengths for more secure passwords
  • Require passwords to include letters, numbers and punctuation
